What have you learned??

* I’ve learned that no matter the amount of pain, it always gets less with time.

* I’ve learned that no matter how many times you say goodbye it always carries a certain amount of sadness with it.

* I’ve learned no matter how bad you want your kids to do the right thing, you don’t have a choice and have to watch them learn and deal with their decisions.

* I’ve learned that the world doesn’t wear a path down to your door, you have to go out and direct them to that door.

* I’ve learned that for every good action you receive another good reaction.

* I’ve learned that if you don’t have a grocery list, you never come home with everything you really needed.

* I’ve learned that if love isn’t a two way street, it ends up on a one way street with you being the only one on it.

* I’ve learned that it is much easier to give than to receive.

* I’ve learned that the line beside you always moves faster until you move into it.

* I’ve learned that it is o.k. to shed a tear in the theater, no one else can see you in the dark anyway.

* I’ve learned that life usually patterns itself like a storm, the rain and clouds are always followed by blue skies and sunshine if you have the patience to wait for them.

* I’ve learned that even if I care and get no return, in looking back after the hurt leaves, the effort wasn’t wasted.

* I’ve learned that anytime I am late, everyone else is early & visa-versa.

* I’ve learned that love is blind until you say, “I DO”.

* I’ve learned that you never walk around with your zipper down with no one around.

Birthdays

This is a different birthday in a new chapter I guess... My first birthday in 4 years where I was not at CBU ... I didn't celebrate too much and I don't feel neglected or anything... But I did have a good birthday, I thought I would be in Nebraska by now but my new job had a change of plans and I don't have do be in 28 degree weather but I do have to drive to Santa Ana for two weeks... Personally, I'd rather go to Nebraska, oh well.
I haven't been posting too much because one: there isn't much to tell and two: internet sucks in this house so i was able to fix that thanks to having a job. Full time work is wierd...there's this whole thing about salary and PPO's and HMO's and 401k's and a bunch of other stuff I know nothing about... I really don't feel like I'm this grown up who's in a career now. I still feel like I should be going to class or something...maybe I'll take one t omake myself feel better. and maybe training will be more interesting to tell you all about!!
